Negotiations: The Architecture of Ownership
Contracts are powerful tools. They cement boundaries for both Sir and boy. i find it useful to start with shorter timeframes—from a week to a month—and build from there. Each renewal creates a moment to pause and reflect on what needs to be altered.
i set the expectation that each subsequent contract surrenders more control. Boys often appreciate this structured transition; it allows them to feel the safety of the framework while moving toward the tighter bond of total ownership.

THE CONTRACT OF OWNERSHIP
I, ____________________________________, with a free mind and open heart, request of ______________________________________ that he accept the submission of my will unto him. I ask that as my Master, he takes me into his care and guidance and encourages growth in devotion, trust, and respect.
It is my desire as an owned boy to satisfy his needs and desires whenever possible. In order to do so, I offer him the use of my body, abilities, and purpose. Further, I ask that as my Master, he accepts the responsibility of using my body for the fulfilment and enhancement of his sexual, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs. He has unrestricted use of my body—any time, any place, and in front of anyone—as he determines appropriate.
1.0.0 Role of the Owned Boy
The owned boy agrees to submit completely to the Master in all ways. There are no boundaries of place, time, or situation in which the boy may wilfully refuse to obey the directive of the Master, except where the veto applies. The boy’s body and all possessions—including assets, finances, and material goods—belong solely to the Master.
1.0.1 The Veto
The owned boy holds veto power only under the following circumstances:
Where a command conflicts with existing laws (risk of arrest/prosecution).
Where a command may cause extreme damage to the boy’s professional life or family stability.
Where a command may cause permanent bodily harm or psychological trauma.
Where a command involves “scat” activities.
2.0.0 Role of the Master
The Master accepts responsibility for the boy’s body and worldly possessions. The Master agrees to ensure the safety and well-being of the boy, committing to train, punish, respect, and use the boy as he sees fit.
3.0.0 Punishment
The boy agrees to accept any punishment the Master decides to inflict. Social media exposure is considered the ultimate punishment and remains at the Master’s discretion for cases of extreme disobedience.
4.0.0 Permanent Bodily Harm
Permanent bodily harm is defined as:
Death or loss of mobility/function (including broken bones).
Permanent marks (scars, burns, tattoos) or piercings/hair loss not explicitly accepted by the boy.
Contract-related diseases (STDs). Such harm is grounds for immediate termination of the contract.
5.0.0 Persons Outwith the Contract
The boy may not seek any other Master or lover without permission. Breach of this clause results in extreme punishment or termination. The Master may accept other boys or lovers but must not allow this to result in the neglect of the owned boy.
8.0.0 Digital Assets and Privacy
The boy will provide the Master with administrator access to all social media, email, mobile devices, and sport-tracking programmes. Passwords must be updated and shared within 24 hours of any change. All digital assets are recorded in Appendix 1.0.
11.0.1 Safewords
The boy will use the following protocol to notify the Master of immediate issues:
Yellow: Approaching maximum tolerance.
Red: Reaching maximum tolerance.
[________________]: A “Hard Stop” indicating a complete cessation of all activities.
12.0.0 Termination
This contract may be terminated at any time by the Master. It may never be terminated by the boy, except under the specific conditions of harm stated above.
Buy-out Clause: The boy may buy out his contract at any time for the sum of £_________, payable to the Master. Termination occurs 24 hours after cleared funds are received.
14.0.0 The Owned Boy Pledge
To be recited at the Master’s request and upon signing:
“I will do my best to serve my Master. I strive to overcome all inhibitions that interfere with my capability to serve Him. I will reveal my thoughts and feelings without hesitation. My surrender is done with the knowledge that nothing asked of me will lessen me. I am proud to be an owned boy.”
