Give Up Control
Part of being a claimed boy is giving up control to Sir. When you surrender to Sir’s higher power, you trust in his plan for your life.
For many boys, the art of surrender can be difficult. Your busy mind wants to take control and stops you from fully surrendering to the freedom of being claimed.
Practicing giving up control is a useful tool for boys when not under ownership. This simple task will help you surrender to powers outside of yourself.
Game of Chance
Step 1: Carry with you a pair of dice, or download a dice app on your phone.
Step 2: As you go through your day, use the dice to determine as many decisions as you can. Practice giving up control to a higher power, in this case fate.
Example One: ‘Shall I get the 8am or 8.15am bus?’ Throw your dice. Even and you take the 8am, odd you get the 8.15.
Example Two: ‘What will I have on the menu?’. Throw your dice, Number 5, order whatever number 5 on the menu is.
This simple task is all about surrendering control. Do it regularly and you will relax into letting Sir make your decisions for you.
